Errors in WBTExpress 7.0 and WBTExpress Moodle 7.0

Some months ago, I dealt with e-learning because my friends wished to have a website for courses. I used Moodle and some software for making courses. One of them was a free version of WBTExpress 7.0 and WBTExpress Moodle 7.0. On one my computer (PC, XP Home Edition) this software worked very good, but on my laptop (XP Professional) there were some errors that prevented me from using it. The errors looked in this way:

The application was completely crashed, and I can’t fix it. When you look at the taskbar (on the right side), you will see a lot of the same icons. They are from WBTExpress 7.0! Well, the course was split into elements. They were simply separated.

There were serious errors that appeared on my laptop. I gave up and addressed to the company with the feedback. I wished to get any explanations. Alas, nobody replied to me, though I knew they read my e-mails. They should simply have said “Thank you” to me. Well, at last users’ job is testing free versions of software to fix errors in commercial versions. It was really unstable version, and I hope the next version will be more successful. I wish them to have more pleasant attitude to their clients, too.
